Carl runs Great South run for Mwokoeni School
Carl, a 10 year old pupil at Georgian Gardens School in Rustington, West Sussex, took part in the Great South run in Portsmouth recently, and collected an amazing £112.00 for his efforts.
He donated this to 'Friends of Mwokoeni Children' and we thought this deserved a well earned mention on our website.
Thank you Carl for thinking of us, it looks like you enjoyed the day going by the photograph.
Georgian Gardens have supported our charity for several years now and sponsor two children.
John Oondo the Director at Mwokoeni has been to Georgian Gardens on both his visits to England, and hopes to return there before too long.

John Oondo's letter to the Trustees.
John Oondo, headmaster at the School, has written a letter to the Trustees of the Charity
Dear Trustees,I take this opportunity on behalf of the Mwokoeni Centre, to thank you for the effort you have made in the last few years to ensure that our centre meets its running costs. Your efforts have been a lifeline for the centre and an encouragement to me particularly.
May the good God bless you all and reward you for the efforts you have made for people who may never pay you back.
Yours sincerely,
John Morris Oondo
